Leviticus 13:36-38

36 then[a] the priest shall examine him, and if[b] the diseased area of skin has spread on the skin, the priest shall not inspect for bright[c] red hair—he is unclean. 37 But[d] if, in his eyes, the diseased area of skin has stayed unchanged and black hair has grown in it, the diseased area of skin is healed—he is clean, and the priest shall pronounce him clean.
